Overhead Squat progress

Overhead Squat 60kg for 5 repetitions attempt



The weight this time seemed fine; shoulder flexibility is getting a lot better. On the last two repetitions the weight was too far towards the toes which you can see as the heel raises slightly on the last rep. Another workout at 60kg then a 62.5kg or 65kg attempt. Getting close to my goal of O/head squat at bodyweight.
